Hi! I’m Steph - a certified personal trainer for women based on NYC’s Upper East Side. I specialize in helping women build functional strength in a sustainable, fun way that supports both physical and mental confidence.
My training approach prioritizes proper form, functional movement, and workouts that fit into your real life - not the other way around. Whether we train in person on the Upper East Side or virtually, my goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident - inside and outside the gym.
I’ve worked with clients 1:1 and as a group fitness instructor at F45 Training and private boutique gyms, delivering high-energy coaching with a strong emphasis on technique and long-term progress.
My Mantra: working out should feel empowering, not like a punishment. I create challenging but supportive training environments with good vibes that make you want to keep showing up for yourself.
